Techcon TS5624DMP Disposable Material Path Diaphragm Valve
The TS5624DMP diaphragm valve is the first disposable path diaphragm valve to enter the market. Because the entire liquid wetting zone can be easily replaced within seconds, and the dispensing valve is always on the production line, this diaphragm valve can perform dispensing operations on difficult fluids such as instant dry glue and pre mixed two-component epoxy resin without the need for frequent cleaning.

The TS5624DMP diaphragm valve contacts liquid components made of black polyethylene to prevent moisture and UV rays from entering and coming into contact with the fluid to be dispensed. Therefore, the TS5624DMP diaphragm valve can reliably and accurately dispense moisture sensitive liquids such as instant dry glue and UV curing adhesives.
The TS5624DMP diaphragm valve is widely used for low to medium viscosity fluids and can achieve precision dispensing operations of points and lines with precision exceeding microliters. The internal spring reset device of TS5624DMP diaphragm valve enables the valve to work well with the Techcon dispensing equipment controller. The short stroke design of the valve core enables a very fast switching response of the valve.
The TS5624DMP diaphragm valve has a leak free design that provides excellent moisture resistance, while the diaphragm establishes an isolation barrier between fluid components and cylinders.
