Techcon Systems TS5322/5322D high-pressure valve, also known as plunger valve or piston valve, is a dispensing valve suitable for medium to high viscosity fluids. It can perform high-precision dispensing processes such as marking, drawing, and filling, and is widely used in fields such as electronics, optics, packaging, automotive, medical, jewelry, toys, etc.

TS5322/5322D has adjustable physical suction function, which can control liquid flow and suction volume. You can choose an oil containing chamber to create a liquid seal, preventing moisture from being carried into the extruded liquid, suitable for dispensing liquids that are sensitive to moisture.

Suitable for oils, epoxy resins, lubricants, fluxes, UV adhesives, RTV silicone/sealants, adhesives, fluxes, and other liquids. Mainly used for bonding, packaging, sealing, filling, dot coating, line coating, etc. in automobiles and spare parts, consumer electronics products, and optical communication products.
