Techcon Systems TS500R dispensing controller can be used to control all kinds of pneumatic valves, such as diaphragm valve, impact valve, piston valve, spray valve, screw valve and screw valve with encoder motor. It can carry out dispensing processes such as dotting, scribing and filling with high precision, and is widely used in the fields of electronics, optics, packaging, automobile, medical care, jewelry, toys, etc.

The time and pressure of the TS500R dispensing controller are displayed digitally and can be precisely adjusted. The controller can be programmed with 10 different dispensing, sequential dispensing, or individual dispensing programs. Diversified dispensing modes, including timed, jog, teaching, and interrupt dispensing modes. Among them, the "teaching mode" can help determine the dispensing time required for dispensing when the dispensing amount is unknown.
