The feature rich product design provides a solution for extremely low viscosity distribution, requiring precise control in the low-pressure range of 0-15 psi (0-1.0 bar) through digital fluid dispensers - TS255/TS355 and higher pressure applications. The digital fluid dispensers - TS250/TS350 can meet more traditional range of distribution applications and process requirements. The two configurations of desktop distributors/controllers provide greater flexibility and control when dispensing fluids as thin as solvents or as thick as solder paste.

Techcon has applied over 50 years of fluid dispensing experience in some applications, including the use of interchangeable material paths - TS7000 series rotary screw valves for precise solder paste dispensing. The TS7000IMP is highly suitable for precise deposition of small amounts of solder paste on BGA pad geometries, which is excellent when volume repeatability is a key process parameter. In conformal coating applications, the round or oval spray mode can be selected by using the spray valve - TS5540 series precision spray valve. Both valve series have a longer service life, require less maintenance design, and have a lower incidence of overspray, making them suitable for precision applications.
