1、 The reason for oxidation gap: During the use of soldering iron tips, the temperature can reach over 300 degrees. At such high temperatures, metal parts will become a bit fragile. If the thickness of the protective layer on the blade surface is not enough or bubbles and carbonization occur inside, wear during use may cause perforation.
Improvement method: Appropriately reducing the temperature of the soldering iron tip can extend its service life, but it cannot be considered from the aspects of soldering speed and quality. We can only discuss with the manufacturer whether we can improve the material to enhance the high temperature resistance of the soldering iron tip of the automatic welding machine. When using the soldering iron tip of an automatic welding machine for the first time, the following points should be noted: heat the soldering iron tip to a slightly red state, that is, the solder adheres to the instantaneous state. Tin is prone to curling and difficult to weld during the initial use of the iron head. Over time, oxides will form instead of tin. All tin must be applied to the welding area, otherwise it will cause oxidation of the uncoated tin part of the welding area, because there is no protective layer in the welding area, and residual tin will not be oxidized or even perforated after bonding. If any stolen goods should be tested with a wet sponge, do not use a soldering iron to strike the iron frame.
2、 The reason for wear and deformation is that the soldering iron has been used in a high-temperature environment for a long time, and the friction between the solder and the soldering iron tip leads to thin edges on the blade. Improvement method: Due to the damage of the soldering iron during natural use, it has no effect on improving the maintenance of the soldering iron. However, the manufacturer can only be requested to replace the material to improve the wear resistance of the soldering iron.
3、 The reason for slight deformation may be due to natural wear and tear during use.
