The Techcon screw valve TS5000DMP uses a rotating feed screw to dispense glue through forward displacement replacement activity, achieving ultra precision control of the dispensing process. The unique design ensures that the dispensing material continues to appear at the inlet of the screw, and the controlled rotation of the screw pushes the material from the inlet to the dispensing outlet. Independent forward and reverse control of the screw can achieve accurate control of the dispensing amount. The TS5000DMP screw valve has a hinged screw loading and unloading channel, so the throwable screw can be loaded and unloaded in a very short time, which can greatly reduce downtime in production. The hinged door opening on both sides of the loading and unloading channel is optional, allowing the valve body to be loaded on almost all automation systems.
