The difference between lead soldering station and lead-free soldering station
Release Date:2017-08-11
The most obvious difference between lead soldering stations and lead-free soldering stations is the temperature at which they can be solderedThe problem of soldering with lead soldering station is lower than that with lead-free soldering station. The soldering temperature of lead-free soldering station is generally around 250 ℃, while that of lead soldering station is around 180 ℃. And the heating speed of lead-free soldering stations is faster. Of course, there are exceptions. In lead-free solder, there are also low-temperature solder with a melting point lower than that of lead solder. But the price of this low-temperature solder is quite expensive. In theory, lead solder joints can also be soldered using lead-free soldering stations, as the temperature of the lead-free soldering station can reach the melting point of lead solder. But in reality, no one uses it this way, because once lead solder is used to solder on a lead-free soldering station, the lead-free soldering station becomes contaminated and can no longer produce lead-free environmentally friendly products. On the other hand, it is not possible to solder lead-free solder with a lead soldering station because the temperature of the lead soldering station may not reach the melting temperature of lead-free solder. The use of soldering stations is very extensive, from common electronic home appliance maintenance to electronic integrated circuits and chips, all of which are applied to lead-free soldering stations as soldering tools, but they are most commonly used for soldering PCB circuit boards in electronic factories. Specially suitable for soldering operations of lead-free precision electronics.
There are many functions of the soldering station, which are also designed to meet the production requirements of the precision electronic processing industry. Generally, the following aspects are required: 1: The temperature locking function of the soldering station must not have significant deviations. 2: Password lock function to prevent workers from accidentally changing the welding temperature. 3: Anti static function, precision chip soldering process requires strict requirements for anti-static. 4: Automatic sleep function, in order to extend the lifespan of the soldering iron tip. 5: The temperature compensation function requires fast heating and reheating speed. 6: Digital temperature display for easy adjustment.
