The TS5620 series diaphragm valve is suitable for low to medium viscosity fluids and can achieve precision dispensing applications for points and lines with precision exceeding microliters. The short stroke design of the valve core makes the valve switch very quickly. The external valve core stroke adjustment device can easily adjust the size of small points. The compact structure makes valve installation flexible and can be easily integrated into automation equipment.

The TS5620 series valve body is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) that complies with FDA regulations to meet most application requirements. Also provide Teflon? The valve body model is provided to meet chemical compatibility, and Delrin valve body model is provided to meet the application of UV curing adhesive. The optimized stainless steel valve body model with internal flow channels is specifically designed for applications such as UV cured adhesives, resins used in DVD and CD production processes. We also offer manually controlled diaphragm valves. These valves are very easy to use and maintain, and customers can replace the parts themselves.
